Job summary

Responsibilities include on-site registration, setup and breakdown, attendee communications, preparing materials like agendas and name badges, and helping manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend events and provide on-site operational support with guest registration, setup and breakdown.
• Assist with attendee communication and customer service for major events and other events as directed by Major Events Manager.
• Prepare event materials such as agendas, name badges, floor plans, presentations, etc.
• Help manage event timelines and checklists.
• Other duties as assigned by Major Events Manager.
