Temporary, hourly professional position in the Athletics-Event Management department.

Job Responsibilities

• Hiring and supervising student staff
• On‑site event management of selected sports
• Scheduling staff for various athletic events
• Assisting full‑time facility staff with set‑up/break‑down of home athletic events
• Contacting visiting teams and officials
• Creating and/or updating athletic operations manuals
• Coordinating and guiding tours of Athletic Association facilities
• Managing special events and rentals
• Assisting staff with facility maintenance and projects
• Performing day‑to‑day office duties

Physical Demands

Normal working conditions of an office environment. Driving is required.
