Job summary

P3R is seeking a Medical Liaison to work with the SVP of Operations to implement all aspects of finish line medical tents, ambulance services, and medical support for race events. The role involves coordinating medical volunteers, equipment, and EMS resources, and ensuring readiness for event-specific requirements.

The position requires availability during core hours (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.), with at least 20 hours per week. Evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or Health Managing Systems required.
• CPR & AED certifications required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the medical program for assigned P3R events and assists with medical planning for client events.
• Coordinates recruitment, communication, orientation, and assignment of medical volunteers and event personnel.
• Works with Medical Board, medical directors, and partners to plan, coordinate, and execute medical operations.
• Coordinates medical staffing, equipment, technology, supplies, and logistics for event readiness.
• Supports EMS/ambulance coordination and distribution of EMS materials and routes.
• Maintains knowledge of medical event ops and new practices for mass sporting events.
