Job summary

CrowdRx, based in New York, NY, is hiring a Medical Team Leader for NYRR events. This part-time role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, coordinates field staff with leadership, and interfaces with external agencies, delivering timely decisions and coaching as needed.

The role requires NY EMT certification, EMS leadership experience, and a valid driver’s license, with ICS certifications in place or planned. You will lead a medical tent crew and ensure patient care and safety.

Qualifications

2–3 years EMS supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Current and valid New York State EMT certification; CPR certification; Driver’s License required.
ICS 100, 200, 700 and 800 certifications at time of application; ICS 300/400 within two months if required by assignment.

Responsibilities

Serve in a Task Force Leader (TFL) function managing resources within a designated medical tent.
Conduct field training, supervision, education, evaluation and remediation of staff.
Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
Use EMT skills to provide care and operate medical equipment.
Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
