The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 3–5 years in a related field with supervisory experience, and state paramedic/EMT licensure with CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage EMS staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision to EMS staff and meet performance goals.

• Monitor EMS supplies and ambulance readiness for the season.
