Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Event Manager represents the company to customers and supervises coordination for assigned group catering and events.
• Prepare event documentation and coordinate with Sales and hotel departments to ensure high-level service.
• Ensure seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales.
• Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and adding enhancements to events.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
