Job description

Event Logistics handles all event activations for Red Bull North America. As event specialists, we strategically assist Red Bull in maximizing event solutions. You will be responsible for managing your regional network of vendor partners who supply inventory, warehousing, maintenance, transportation, and labor services for Red Bull events. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance operational efficiencies. You'll support key initiatives by supplying detailed documentation and working with stakeholders to ensure the dynamic environment of event production operates smoothly. You will report to an Event Logistics Manager and be part of an exciting national team.


All the responsibilities you'll be trusted with:


B2B PARTNER ACTIVITIES

  • Participate in vendor selection by evaluating qualifications and performance.
  • Assess financial implications of logistics changes such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes, or carriers.
  • Train personnel on their roles concerning Red Bull brand standards, execution guides, accounting systems, and logistics strategies.
  • Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, vendor service logs, and training records.
  • Ensure carrier compliance with company policies for transit or delivery.
  • Conduct market visits to guide business partners on Event Logistics standards, adhering to Red Bull's principles and values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with production and operations companies.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Support regional event leads for major brand events.
  • Collaborate with global, national, and regional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and manage logistics plans for cross-regional events.
  • Serve as the primary contact for event managers, addressing issues and improving efficiencies.
  • Maintain warehouse inventory and manage logistics of global assets using enterprise software.
  • Coordinate labor and equipment requirements with event personnel.
  • Act as liaison between internal departments, production teams, and vendors.
  • Provide updates on assets and compile infrastructure reports.

SUPPORT BUSINESS INITIATIVES

  • Ensure quality control for asset maintenance, storage, shipping, and tracking.
  • Contribute to regional, national, and global objectives through cross-functional teams.
  • Assist regional and national activation operations.
  • Gather data and report on regional performance metrics.
  • Supervise utilization of company software and invoicing tools.
  • Act as regional point of contact, ensuring strong relationships with stakeholders.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • 3+ years managing large-scale events, including pre-planning, execution, and post-production, with experience in logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Experience in event production, marketing operations, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with transportation methods (air, rail, sea, road).
  • Strong project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to embody and represent the Red Bull brand.
  • Experience navigating and influencing within a matrixed organization.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the U.S. on a valid visa.


The salary range is $64,080 to $80,100 plus incentives. Actual offers vary based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, insurance options, and tuition reimbursement. Benefits may vary by location and employment nature.
