OperationsFull-time# Event Logistics SpecialistRed Bull North AmericaRESPONSIBILITIES## Areas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:* Participate in the vendor selection process by evaluating their qualifications and performance. Assess the financial implications of proposed changes in logistics, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes, or carriers. Train personnel on their roles and responsibilities concerning Red Bull brand standards and execution guides, as well as accounting systems and logistic strategies. Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, vendor service logs, and training records. Ensure that carriers comply with company policies or procedures for transit or delivery. Initiate ongoing market visits to guide business partners on Event Logistics standards, adhering to the principles and values of Red Bull. Identify, build, and maintain relationships with production and operations companies.* Provide exceptional support to regional event leads for major brand events Collaborate with global, national, and regional teams to achieve operational excellence for the business Develop and manage effective logistics plans to facilitate the execution of cross-regional events Serve as the primary contact for all event managers, addressing issues and identifying opportunities for efficiencies Maintain warehouse inventory and manage the logistics of global event assets using enterprise software tools Ensure that labor and equipment requirements for infrastructure are communicated to event personnel during planning and setup Act as a liaison between internal departments, event production teams, and Event Logistics vendors Provide regular updates on new assets to field personnel Compile reports related to infrastructure* Ensure quality control for asset maintenance, storage, shipping, and tracking, adhering to RBNA Event Logistics standards. Form cross-functional project teams and contribute support toward regional, national, and global objectives. Assist with both regional and national activation operations in collaboration with business partner networks. Gather data to report on regional performance metrics. Supervise business users' utilization of company software and invoicing tools. Act as the regional point of contact both internally and externally, ensuring seamless relationships and integration with key stakeholders.- 3+ years of experience in managing large-scale events, specifically handling the entire event production process including pre-planning, on-site execution, and post-production, with a proven track record in event logistics, warehousing, and transportation.- Experience in event production, marketing operations, and logistics.- Familiarity with various methods for transporting goods by air, rail, sea, or road.- Strong project management skills and ability to lead planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, resource planning, and generating status reports.- Excellent written, organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.* Travel 40-50%* Permanent* Benefits eligibleJOIN THE TEAMIn your application we want to see your personal style - what makes you tick and why you think your next opportunity is here with us.This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.The base salary range for this position is $64,080 to $80,100 + cash incentives.
