Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of high school or equivalent or relevant event experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, flexible environment preferred.
• ActiveNet software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; CPR/First Aid/AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing rentals and events at Venue 1842.
• Set up and tear down of rentals and events.
• Coordinate facility rentals, vendors, contractors, and musicians.
• Review contracts and organize event documentation.
• Maintain accurate rental/event databases and supplies inventory.
