Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients and staff.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Food safety training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep station in advance of events.
• Greet guests and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
• Prepare food live in view of guests.
• Specialize in at least one station (grill, sauté, expedite).
• Break down and clean stations after shifts.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
