Job summary

NPS Llc is seeking a part-time cook to prepare foods live in front of guests at Foxborough events. You will interact with guests, execute high-quality station work and maintain a clean, efficient setup during Patriots home games and other ticketed events.

The role emphasizes hands-on cooking, staging, and collaboration with kitchen staff in a bustling, open kitchen setting.

• Highly experienced in upscale food production.
• Demonstrate appropriate skill for the specific assignment to include Grilling/Broiling/Sauté/Expedite.
• Ability to communicate with clients and staff.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Food Safety Trained

Salary Range: $30.00 - $40.00 Hourly

SUMMARY

The talented cook will be responsible for preparing foods live in front of guests. Requires interaction and pleasant demeanor. Must show full competence in gilling meats, sauté station and/or expediting. Ideal candidate will have already achieved a high level of culinary success and competency line cooking. Schedule will be Patriots home games. Additional opportunities for other ticketed events available but optional.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prep station in advance of event

• Prepare food live in view of guests.
• Will specialize in at least one of: Grill meats to temperature/Sauté high volume, multiple items/Expedite
• Break down and clean stations after shifts
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibility

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
