Job summary

Levy Restaurants seeks a Venue IT Coordinator to support the Intuit Dome Arena and The Forum, providing hands-on tech for events and occasional non-event days.

This hourly, event-based role ensures POS and supporting systems run smoothly, troubleshoots hardware and software, maintains inventories, and reports post-event insights. Night and weekend availability is required to cover event schedules across venues.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience supporting tech systems (POS, hardware, software).
• Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, wireless).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure POS and supporting systems are fully operational before each event.
• Respond to real-time tech issues and elevate as needed.
• Troubleshoot device connectivity and software/hardware malfunctions.
• Record and report all issues, resolutions, and recommendations post-event.
• Install, move, or replace hardware when required (to include employee hardware and printing peripherals).
• Maintain up-to-date inventories of tech equipment.
• Support and trouble shoot 'all' designated equipment operating and running POS software (Apple and Android).
• Send out daily recap reports detailing event-day performance and any ongoing concerns POST event.
