The IT Coordinator supports Levy operations at State Farm Arena, providing hands-on troubleshooting for POS terminals, printers, handheld devices, payment hardware, and other venue technology during Hawks games, concerts, and events. Assists with equipment setup, inventory, service requests, and issue resolution while maintaining device lifecycles and timely support for users.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or venue technology experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting POS systems, payment devices, printers, tablets, and venue tech is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support POS terminals, kiosks, handheld devices, printers, and payment hardware used in the venue.
• Perform pre-event technology checks and provide real-time event support.
• Coordinate post-event shutdowns, device resets, and incident documentation.
• Act as first point of contact for IT incidents, logging and prioritizing issues, and assisting with password resets and access issues.
• Maintain inventories of POS units, tablets, scanners, and peripherals across Levy locations.
