Job summary

A leading hospitality solutions provider in New Jersey seeks a Venue Technology Supervisor to support technology systems during events. The ideal candidate will ensure multiple point-of-sale systems operate smoothly, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include setup support, troubleshooting issues, and working with vendors. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems or related field and have relevant experience. Flexible scheduling is required for event support.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Basic PC hardware knowledge required.
• Good understanding of networking including TCP/IP.
• Eagerness to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide event day setup and support of multiple point-of-sale systems.
• Diagnose software, firmware, & hardware errors.
• Work with vendors on support of proprietary systems.
• Conduct stadium walk-through to ensure all systems are operational.
