Job summary

EventWorks is seeking an Event Installer Lead/Driver to supervise a crew of installers, operate box trucks and vans, and ensure safe loading/unloading of gear at venues. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and on-site coordination.

You will set up and strike drape, furniture, and hardware, coordinate with crews, and manage on-site logistics while maintaining a strong work ethic and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a crew or team preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple events and crews simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Lead and manage a team of installers on-site.
• Deliver and pickup gear and crew to venues.
• Prepare daily schedules in warehouse and on-site.
• Load/unload company vehicles and perform post-job warehouse tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout events.
