Job summary

EventWorks is seeking an Event Installer Lead/Driver to manage a team of installers, drive box trucks/ vans, and handle loading and unloading gear at multiple event venues. The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

You will oversee sets and strikes, coordinate crew movements, and ensure safety and timely delivery of equipment, with workload varying based on events and scheduling. A strong work ethic and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service-related job experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead one or more teams of installers and handle multi-job days.
• Understanding of hotel/convention docks and loading/unloading gear.
• Able to execute consecutive events while handling stresses and challenges.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Lead and manage a team of installers.
• Deliver and pickup gear/crew to event venues.
• Prepare for daily scheduled activities in warehouse and on-site.
• Load and unload company vehicles at warehouse and on jobsites.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
