Job summary

EventWorks seeks an Event Installer/Driver to operate box trucks and vans, load and unload gear, and transport crews to and from event venues. You will set up drape and hardware, work with a team, and maintain a strong customer-focused approach throughout all assignments.

This role emphasizes reliability, leadership by example, and a solid work ethic while handling multiple events. Hours vary 0–30+ per week based on volume, with potential for overtime and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable loading/unloading gear and handling event setup tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with crew and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up gear/crew to event venues.
• Prepare for daily activities in warehouse and on-site.
• Work with Crew Leader and team of Crew Members.
• Load and unload vehicles at warehouse and on jobsites.
• Set and strike drape and hardware at venues.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work and maintain safety.
