Quest Events, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking an Event Installer/Driver who combines driving reliability with strong customer service. The role involves operating box trucks and vans, loading and unloading gear, and transporting crews to venues, while keeping safety and client focus at the forefront.

You will set and strike drape, furniture, and hardware, collaborate with a Crew Leader and team, and handle duties with initiative as events occur.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service-related job experience preferred but not required.
• Understanding of hotel/convention docks
• Ability to execute consecutive events while handling stresses and challenges.
• Can interact with team members and customers daily; open to constructive criticism.
• Great attitude and great customer service skills.
• Reads, writes, speaks, and understands English fluently.
• Professional appearance, reliable transportation, and punctual.
• Able to prioritize needs and solve problems on jobsites.
• Ability to handle team dynamics and customer service issues daily.
• Workload varies 0-30+ hours per week based on volume and availability.
