Job summary

Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach seeks part-time/seasonal Guest Services Representatives to support Event Manager, supervise ushers, and ensure guest comfort and safety during shows and events.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm in a busy venue. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Must remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be trained or willing to be trained in CPR and minor first aid.
• Prior customer service or retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience with POS software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Event Manager with pre-event setup and post-event cleanup, distribute programs, and manage ushers.
• Assist patrons during performances and events on campus.
• Support and resolve ticket scanning issues and supervise ushers/volunteers.
• Assist in Valet Operation as Cashier and use POS system in Tessitura.
• Ensure patron safety by following emergency procedures and CPR/first aid basics.
