BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Guest Services Staff member for events at the Watsco Center (University of Miami). This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional attendee service, guiding guests, and supporting event operations to create memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates are 18+ years old with a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and reliability. Flexible scheduling for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to align with events, with on-site responsibilities

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to attendees.
• Assist with event set-up, including signage and equipment placement.
• Monitor venues for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about events and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and a positive experience.
