Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a part-time Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for Competition Center programs and daily operations. You will assist with registrations, inquiries, transactions, and ticket sales, while maintaining accurate records and delivering a positive guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with weekend and some holidays work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or other relevant degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with online and in-person registrations, ensuring accurate information.
• Maintain participant and volunteer records, including registrations and waivers.
• Process payments and balance cash reports daily.
• Provide administrative support for Competition Center programs and events.
