Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Guest Services Staff member for the University of Wisconsin – Madison venue. You will warmly welcome attendees, provide information, and help with event setup and crowd flow to ensure a positive experience.

This part-time role requires 18+ and a high school diploma; prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus. You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand, while upholding our service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees with their needs.
• Assist with event set-up, including arranging equipment, signage, and other tasks as assigned.
• Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with venue policies.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities to guests.
• Guide and direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment for attendees.
• Adhere to company policies to maintain professionalism and service excellence.
