Responsibilities

• Supervise a custodial crew of seven to eleven individuals (part-time and full-time).
• Manage work schedules and priorities; respond to custodial emergencies.
• Train staff on proper use of chemicals and assist with minor repairs; office moves and furniture placement.
• Review and approve timesheets; check vendor invoices; maintain inventory of supplies, materials and equipment; order supplies; work within the department budget.
