• Set work schedules, priorities and respond to custodial emergencies.
• Train staff on proper use of chemicals and assist with minor repairs.
• Oversee office moves and furniture placement; review and approve timesheets.
• Check vendor invoices, maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; manage budget.
• Work in varied environments including event spaces, outdoors and ladders.
