Job summary

You will recruit, hire, and evaluate staff, coordinate scheduling, ensure training, and manage maintenance and supply inventory while promoting a safe, efficient cleaning operation on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of lead or supervisory experience in custodial settings OR 7 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Bloodborne pathogens and sharps disposal training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff shift coverage and assignments.
• Provide direction and set performance expectations.
• Ensure ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain safety training and conduct site audits.
• Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and PPE.
