Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and ongoing customer service throughout the guest experience.
• Ensure timely delivery and setup of event equipment to indoor and outdoor event locations across the University campus as well as other locations as necessary.
• Facilitate inter-departmental groups with various roles and responsibilities as required.
• Maintain inventory of department equipment and provide basic upkeep.
• Ensure that equipment is clean and presentable.
• Provide basic maintenance of departmental vehicles.
• Responsibility to open, monitor, and close venues.
• Maintain clean and clear access to and from venues throughout all seasons of the year.
• Provide on-site assistance with events as required.
• General set up and clean up, as needed, before, during and after events.
• Complete other event and venue responsibilities as required including some basic janitorial duties.]
