Utah State University’s Office of Events is seeking an on-site part-time team member to assist with setup and takedown of chairs, tables, and stages for campus events. Expect 15–20 hours per week at $13.00 per hour, with shifts including some evenings and weekends.

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and takedown to prepare venues for campus events.
• Show up on time for scheduled shifts.
• Work in an efficient manner during events.
• Maintain an up-to-date work schedule.
• Represent USU with professional demeanor and maintain positive public relations.
• Collaborate with internal staff and supervisors across campus.
• Coordinate with facilities, athletics, faculty, staff, students and admins on events.
• Be available to work some nights and weekends, scheduled in advance.
