Bright in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Event Director to drive rental revenue while delivering an exceptional client experience from inquiry through event execution. You’ll lead discovery calls, build proposals, and coordinate with CAD, Inventory, Operations, and Sales Support to bring events to life.

You will nurture long-term relationships, upsell tailored solutions, and ensure contracts, timelines, and client communications are accurate.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in event rentals, hospitality, event planning, sales, or client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of event rental products and client service best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Sales and consultative problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead client discovery calls, showroom appointments, and site visits to identify event rental needs.
• Build customized rental proposals and guide clients through product selections and upsell opportunities.
• Proactively communicate with clients throughout the sales and planning process.
• Coordinate with CAD, Inventory, Operations, and Sales Support to develop event scopes and plans.
• Ensure contracts, timelines, and client communications are accurate and finalized.
• Maintain organized client records and internal notes in company systems.
• Support revenue growth by partnering with Business Development Managers and Directors.
• Track timelines, client requests, and changes to meet deadlines.
