Bold Catering & Design is seeking an energetic Design Event Coordinator in Atlanta to manage the end-to-end execution of high-profile events. You will lead timelines, layouts, vendor coordination, and on-site operations, ensuring flawless delivery from concept through teardown.

You will collaborate with design and floral teams, coordinate rentals and staffing, and maintain strong client and vendor relationships. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as events demand.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events and managing logistics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with vendors, budgets, and coordinating multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own the details: lead on event logistics, timelines, layouts, and vendor coordination.
• Bring the vision to life by partnering with design, floral, and installation teams.
• Be the go-to person: build relationships with clients and vendors and communicate proactively.
• Make things happen: coordinate venue walkthroughs, rentals, staffing, and event-day logistics.
• Be on-site: oversee setup, guide teams, troubleshoot challenges, and assist as needed.
• Think ahead: anticipate obstacles and adapt plans to keep events moving forward.
