Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in event design, luxury event production, experiential design, or related creative discipline.
• Distinguished portfolio showing original creative direction and execution of high-investment events.
• Ability to independently lead creative and client-facing aspects from initial consultation through final execution.
• Strong understanding of event production, materials, installation processes, and production realities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision for high-end events, developing original concepts reflecting client objectives and desired experience.
• Translate inspiration into design presentations, visual narratives, and detailed proposals.
• Collaborate with production, floral, operations, and installation teams to translate concepts into executable plans.
• Balance artistic ambition with budgets, timelines, and production capabilities to deliver exceptional results.
