Job summary

Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, NC seeks an Events Support Associate to assist the Member Relations Manager in planning, decorating and executing special events for the Club Members. You will ensure décor items are cleaned and stored after events and help with registrations, hosting or trivia nights as needed.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential, with weekend and holiday availability required to support events across venues and guest experiences at the resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain items from storage and set them up as directed.
• Ensure items are returned to proper locations after events.
• Assist with event execution (registration, hosting, trivia nights).
• Assist in planning and decorating for major holidays and themed events.
• Organize the storage of all décor items and manage inventories.
• Be well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Observe safety procedures and use equipment properly; report hazards.
• Work across Food & Beverage locations as needed.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to Members, Guests, Visitors, and Employees.
• Attend scheduled meetings and special events; holidays and weekends availability.
