Job summary

Pinehurst is seeking a banquet service associate to support event setups and help ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting guests with special requests.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED with at least three months related experience. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are expected due to occasional vehicle use in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and minimum of three months related experience.
• Equivalency of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle and pass a pre-employment MVR; follow safety and company policies.
• Set up, breakdown and store banquet furniture and equipment.
• Follow BEO and work list when setting rooms.
• Assist guests with special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the resort and banquet areas.
• Keep guest materials and displays undisturbed overnight.
• Refresh rooms to standard; vacuum meeting rooms.
• Place water, pads, pens, glasses and water pitcher appropriately.
• Work across Food and Beverage outlets and be available for holidays as needed.
