Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage Guests, acting as ambassador of FUN.
• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales data and guest information into systems; follow up tasks.
• Partner with Sales Manager to exceed targeted event sales.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and share strategic ideas.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
