Fooda is hiring a part-time Event Coordinator for the Las Cruces, NM market. The role focuses on on-site event support, setup and teardown, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across Fooda’s rotating restaurant program.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or events experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work 20–25 hours per week during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer service to ensure a high-quality experience for attendees.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager when escalation is needed.

Fooda is currentlyrecruiting for a part timeEvent Coordinator in our Las Cruces, New Mexico market.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
• On-site Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM-2PM(Breakfast Shift) & Monday through Friday 3PM- 8PM (Evening Shift)

• You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you’re capable of finding solutions
• You are a strong communicator and self-starter
• You are organized and detail oriented. Type-A personality is a plus!
• You’re someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
• You’re looking for a steady part-time job (between 20-25hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
