Job summary

Fooda in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator with hospitality or events background to support onsite food programs and coordinate restaurant partners.

You’ll manage setup, be on-site for shifts 9AM-2PM and 3PM-8PM, provide real-time guest service, and help ensure a high-quality experience with local restaurants. Training on Fooda tech will be provided.

Qualifications

• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to commit to part-time schedule (20–25 hours/week).
• Comfortable using Fooda technology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Fooda events onsite: setup, tear down, cleaning equipment and areas.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly.
• Manage on-site schedules and coordinate with restaurant partners.
• Ensure high quality setup and customer experience at events.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed.

Fooda is currentlyrecruiting for a part timeEvent Coordinator in our Las Cruces, New Mexico market.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
• On-site Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM-2PM(Breakfast Shift) & Monday through Friday 3PM- 8PM (Evening Shift)

• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
