Limitless East Marketing in Los Angeles is seeking an organized Event Coordinator to plan and execute conferences, meetings, and social events that align with our brand.

You will manage budgets, source vendors, coordinate venues, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting for events.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate venue, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
• Develop and manage event budgets for cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet objectives.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors.
• Create and distribute invitations, programs, and promotional content.
