You will work closely with owners and management to bring events to life, build relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly events with management and owners.
• Serve as primary contact for private events, reservations, catering opportunities, and celebrations.
• Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and partners to ensure events are prepared.
• Purchase and organize event supplies, decorations, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain event calendars, timelines, and vendor contacts; manage supplies.
