Job summary

Point Nine Trailside Eatery is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly events, private parties, and special gatherings. You will work closely with owners and management to bring events to life, build relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

This position works closely with our owners and management team to plan and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly events, along with private parties and special gatherings. What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly events with the management team and owners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers planning private events, reservations, catering opportunities, and special occasions.
• Coordinate with vendors, sales representatives, entertainers, and event partners to ensure every event is fully prepared.
• Purchase and organize event supplies, decorations, equipment, and promotional materials.
• Maintain organized event calendars, timelines, customer information, vendor contacts, and supply lists.
• Coordinate event setup, oversee execution, and manage teardown and cleanup.
• Communicate event details, timelines, promotions, and operational needs with restaurant staff.
• Track attendance, expenses, customer feedback, and event results.
• Help identify new event opportunities, partnerships, and creative ideas that increase traffic and strengthen community engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working with customers, vendors, business owners, and entertainers.
• Self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems quickly.
• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, restaurant operations, catering, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends based on event needs.
• Ability to lift, move, and arrange event supplies, tables, decorations, and equipment as needed.
