The Event Coordinator supports the sales department in executing the important behind-the-scenes administrative functions that keep the store functioning efficiently. Without this critical role, our efforts to provide “unreasonable hospitality” would be impossible. The Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales department by completing administrative duties and confirmation calls to finalize event details. Additionally, the Event Coordinator participates in the sales process and is responsible for booking a portion of our social market.
Because we expect you to “Act like you own it,” your job includes everything listed above PLUS the “other” duties as assigned. If you see a need, meet it; if you have an idea, share it; if you see a Team Member needing help, jump in and lend a hand.
