Assistant Event/Operations Hospitality Coordinator

Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $25.00/hr

We are a premium Indian Fusion Catering Company in the DC Metro area. We are currently offering an Assistant Event Coordinator position!

**This is an hourly position: $19-$25/hr based on experience and eagerness!

**Full-time or part-time available

The ideal candidate will experience the excitement of a fast-paced wedding and corporate events industry. This role offers opportunities to develop multi-tasking skills, gain hands-on experience, and interact with clients from initial event ideas to completion. Some responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling client meetings, documenting, filing, maintaining office standards both physically and electronically
  • Assisting the Catering Manager with maintaining client services and other duties as assigned
  • Working both in our office and at off-site events in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area
  • Providing exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Must have reliable transportation and weekend availability
  • Ability to pass a computer aptitude test and demonstrate attention to detail and organization
  • Work independently and follow instructions with a long-term commitment to the team

Requirements include proficiency with Google Office Apps, Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to work weekends.
