Job summary

Main Event is seeking an Event Coordinator to help clients create memorable birthday and group experiences, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. You will guide guests through event packages, upsell add-ons, and coordinate scheduling for corporate, group, and birthday events.

You’ll input guest data and sales into our systems, work with the Sales Manager to exceed targets, and participate in weekly strategy meetings. A guest-first mindset and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience a plus.
• Guest focused mindset and strong relationship skills.
• Teamwork is essential; collaborate with Team Members and Management.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Clear communication with management, team, and guests; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet guests and act as an ambassador of FUN.
• Understand event packages and add-ons to upsell.
• Sell, schedule and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information in systems; manage follow-ups.
• Partner with Sales Manager to hit sales targets and quarterly plans.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new business; drive repeat events.
• Support local store marketing to boost walk-in and event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and share strategic ideas.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties as needed.

As an Event Coordinator, you will partner with our Guests to create a tailored and memorable experience based on their needs.
