Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland invites student interns to participate in a hands-on Conference & Events Management program at our Cleveland, Ohio location.

You will support event planning, create marketing materials, manage attendees, and assist with onsite production. The role requires strong computer skills, Excel/Access proficiency, teamwork, and excellent communication. The program runs 10–12 weeks, 40 hours/week, starting as early as June.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree with minimum GPA 3.0.
• At least one semester remaining to complete in school.
• Strong computer/technical skills; proficiency with Excel and Access.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment; multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the planning and coordinating aspect for events.
• Assists with creating marketing materials, attendee management and onsite production.
• Collaborates closely with the conference and event management team and other stakeholders to meet deliverables.
• Assists with setup, operations, and breakdown of events.
• May travel with the team to provide onsite support for events within the 4th District.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
