The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking an HR Intern to support programs, learn industry-specific skills, and assist with events and HR projects. This role is onsite in Cleveland, Ohio, and targets students entering their sophomore year or beyond, pursuing business, HR, or related fields.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and strong Excel/Access skills.

Formación

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with at least one semester left.
• Strong computer/technical skills with Excel and Access proficiency.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, both in groups and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR programs and initiatives.
• Learn and exhibit technical skills related to the industry.
• Support event handling or planning.
• Assist in completing various HR departmental projects/reports.
• Develop innovative approaches to talent engagement and prepare decks.
