Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking innovative student interns to support external engagement with a focus on digital content creation and communications. You will research and draft concepts for the Bank’s main websites, and develop engaging social media materials for multiple platforms.

Interns work onsite in Cleveland for 10–12 weeks, 40 hours per week, starting as early as June. The position offers hands-on experience, mentorship, networking, and professional development

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Advertising, Communications/Communications Studies, Digital Communications and Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or Integrated Marketing Communications with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Should have at least one semester left to complete in school.
• Strong digital skills required.

Responsibilities

• Research, write and edit proposed concepts/features for ClevelandFed.org and fedcommunities.org.
• Develop social media content and graphics for the Bank and Fed Communities across X, LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky.
• Create materials for internal and external Bank events.
