Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is offering an internship in External Communications. This full-time student internship runs 10–12 weeks, 40 hours per week, starting as early as June and ending by September, onsite in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities include researching and drafting content for the Bank’s websites and social platforms, developing event materials, and supporting engagement teams with various duties.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a relevant degree with at least one semester remaining.
• Strong digital skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Research, write and edit proposed concepts/features for ClevelandFed.org.
• Research, write and edit proposed concepts/features for fedcommunities.org.
• Develop social media content and graphics for multiple platforms.
• Create materials for internal and external Bank events.
• Research local organizations and compile background information for external engagements.
• Assist External Engagement teams in various activities and duties.
