Qualifications

• Valid alcohol-service certifications (TIPS/TEAM) and state training compliance.
• Food handler certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and walk-out or autonomous stores.
• Assign staff to locations and adjust coverage based on volume.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings on expectations and service standards.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to management as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds; maintain safe operations.
• Attend shifts on time with reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
