Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to oversee all concessions and vending services. Responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory, and enforcing safety and service standards during events.

The ideal candidate must be 18+, organized, and fluent in English, and able to work in various conditions including nights and weekends. Competitive pay of $20 per hour offered for this role.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
• Conduct physical audit of inventory and product.
