Proof of the Pudding seeks a Concessions Manager to lead our concessions operations at the Comerica Center in Allen, TX. You will supervise day-to-day planning and event-day execution, coordinating with client partners and internal teams to ensure flawless service.

The ideal candidate brings event and concessions operations experience, a hands-on leadership style, and a focus on team development, safety, and quality service for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with great communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and following all safety protocols.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be highly organized.
• Must be proactive and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day duties to ensure event execution from start to finish.
• Serve as primary point of contact between Proof of the Pudding and the client for inquiries.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
