Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret recipes and prep lists.
• Follow health codes and sanitation guidelines.
• Work with knives safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes as directed; measure ingredients to spec.
• Wash, peel, and portion ingredients for meals.
• Cut and portion meat according to orders.
• Maintain ingredient quantities for events and catering.
• Store ingredients properly and sanitize work areas.
• Monitor temperatures to keep food safe and fresh.
• Follow SAVOR/ASM Global rules and attend shifts as needed.
• Assist with closing duties and maintain cleanliness.
