Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concession Cook in our Food & Beverage department. This hourly non-exempt role requires preparing and serving food for events across multiple venues. You will clean stations, monitor temperatures, and ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, plus culinary training or equivalent experience. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils.
• Cook and package batches of food, such as burgers, chicken tenders, fries, hotdogs, and BBQ meats.
• Wash and peel ingredients for use in meals.
• Cut and portion different types of meat according to specifications.
• Prepare different types of food following recipes precisely.
• Maintain ingredient quantities and ensure enough supply for events.
• Keep working surfaces, tools and area clean and sanitized.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as deep-fat fryers.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
